Founded by Tim Mogren and proudly woman-owned by Mary Beth Pijoe,

Meet Our Founder
Tim Mogren
With over 25 years of experience in the electrical industry, Tim Mogren founded THM Electrical and Maintenance Services to meet the growing electrical needs of Alabama’s communities. His career began with 12 years of industrial electrical work, specializing in power distribution and power generation with controls at Fluor Corporation, where he constructed and installed power plants and SCR retrofits. After transitioning off the road, Tim continued his career in the commercial electrical industry, working for several large electrical companies in the area. He also served as the maintenance manager at WKW Automotive for six years, specializing in reliability, predictive, and preventative maintenance programs, and graduated from the University of Alabama’s world-class maintenance program.
Tim holds an Alabama state electrical contractor's license and is an NCCER-certified trainer and proctor in Electrical. His hands-on approach, emphasis on customer satisfaction, transparency, and a high standard of workmanship has driven the growth and success of THM Electrical and Maintenance Services since its founding in September 2022. His dedication to quality and community continues to drive the business to improve and expand its service offerings.

Located in Alabama, THM Electrical and Maintenance Services is proud to serve the Greater Birmingham Area, including Leeds, Hoover, Gadsden, Rainbow City, and surrounding communities. We’re dedicated to being your trusted partner for all your electrical needs. He has his Alabama state electrical contractors license and he is NCCER certified trainer and proctor in Electrical. He created the business in September 2022.

Mary Beth Pijoe
Born and raised in the Pell City and Birmingham area, Mary Beth Pijoe has always called this community home. She joined her father, Tim Mogren, who founded THM Electrical and Maintenance Services, and together they grew the company into what it is today. With Mary Beth now serving as majority owner, THM is proud to be a certified women-owned business—a unique distinction in the electrical industry.
Mary Beth works in the office every day, making sure everything runs smoothly for both customers and employees. She is passionate about delivering exceptional work at fair pricing and is dedicated to ensuring every team member treats each home or business as if it were their own. She also continues her education through Generac training programs, strengthening her expertise in backup power and generator systems to better serve customers.
For Mary Beth, THM Electrical is more than just a business—it’s a family legacy. Her husband works alongside her in the company, and she works hard every day to build a strong future for her son, Reid, so he has a legacy to look back on with pride.
